The Fears and Tremors

America is poisoned. Ham stringed and garroted by those who seek to retain power for themselves. The bankers, the politicians, the Fortune 500 members, the whores and faceless diplomats of a shameless and terrible cause. We, Americans, are a living, writhing, and buzzing mass of people from every stretch and crack of the world, and we flocked to America due to its branding as a free state. A nation where the people's desires rule, and if government actions did not reflect our desires, then the government would swiftly be changed.

The government is in the process of transformation, from an outlet for utilitarianism, to a freedom vending machines. People (almost always with an agenda they would like to see promoted) put millions of dollars into several different representatives, and in return they reap special rewards (taxes being levied, certain criminal investigations coming up mysteriously empty, and the like). Your needs are worthless, your voices have been shriveled. Rebellion, mixed with a massive overhaul of the government, appears to be our only way out. But who's going to do it? Which modern day Spartacus can start an uprising to oust the selfish greed mongers, and how will he know his calling? I can't say. But what I do know is that the beginnings of revolution are rearing their ugly heads, and unless the economy floats its way up again, I predict within 4 years we will be taking up arms against the bastards

Hello Blogger, this universe of fashion and entertainment and intimacy that I have just felt compelled to join. There is not much to say to introduce my blog officially, so I'll attempt to be brief. I am a suburb dweller, full of fear for the future and loathing for those steering worldly affairs. I have no friends that are willing to talk about the cataclysm that we as a world seem to be sprinting towards, whether for nervous terror at the mention of the subject or genuine disinterest, so I release my perspective on life in America through this medium. From the relatively safe bastion of my steady job, and my hometown which is significantly unaffected by the housing crash, I will look out and try to take out a bit of blissful ignorance, and put in a healthy dose of fear.
